Each year, the prestigious Partners in Excellence Award program offers employees the opportunity to help Partners identify and thank exceptional employees for their outstanding contributions.
“This system wide award is unique in that, unlike other award programs, it is an award for which any employee can nominate or be nominated,” said Samuel O. Thier, MD, Partners president and CEO. “Individuals and teams are nominated by the people they work with every day, the ones who really know and see the contributions they make.” Last year, 718 employees at Brigham and Women’s Hospital received Partners in Excellence Awards.
Full- and part-time employees and physicians employed at Partners HealthCare institutions and are in good standing are eligible to be nominated either as individuals or team members.
Nominations may be submitted based on a candidate’s contributions within one of the following categories:
- quality treatment and service
- leadership and innovation
