CRICO/RMF Offers New, Electronic Staff Physician Renewal
The 2006 CRICO Staff Physician Renewal Application and 2007 Confirmation of Coverage will be delivered electronically, not mailed as done in the past. Submission of your completed Physician Renewal Application is mandatory to ensure continued medical malpractice coverage in 2007. The Renewal process is for CRICO-insured staff physicians only. Residents and fellows are exempt.
The first e-mail from CRICO crico/frm@perseus.com will be sent on Sept. 19 to your Partners email address, or to your preferred e-mail address as indicated in the CRICO RMF database. Physicians can access their renewal via a link in the e-mail and complete it online. There is a feature that allows you to complete the forms incrementally.
Eligible staff physicians who submit a completed Renewal Application will receive notification of their 2007 Confirmation of Coverage. This will be delivered electronically via email in November 2006.
Survey results will be shared with CRICO-insured physicians and institutional leaders.
