Tsen Elected Vice President of Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology
Lawrence Tsen, MD, of the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, and HMS associate professor in Anesthesia, in April was elected vice president of the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology. He will serve as vice president for two years, after which he will serve as president-elect for a year and president for a year.
The Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology was founded in 1968. It is comprised of anesthesiologists, obstetricians, pediatricians and basic scientists who promote excellence in research and practice of obstetric anesthesiology and perinatology.
