Graydon-Baker Named UHC Quality Fellow
Erin Graydon-Baker, MS, RRT, patient safety manager in the Center for Clinical Excellence, was selected as a member of the University Healthsystem Consortium’s (UHC) first quality and safety fellowship. The year-long program will help participants build the knowledge and skills required to improve quality and safety in a rapidly changing health care environment.
The fellowship, which includes two meetings of fellows, monthly Web casts and individual coaching, will focus on the concepts underlying organizational performance improvement, safety science and change management, and how these concepts should be applied to solve problems that affect care at the bedside.
