This year, BWH Bulletin is once again inviting you to share your “One Shining Moment” with the Brigham community. Email your most memorable BWH moment of 2011 to BWHBulletin@partners.org by Dec. 12. Shining Moments will be posted on BWHPikeNotes.org and in the BWH Bulletin year-end issue.
The BWH and DF/BWCC Partners in Excellence Awards ceremony is Friday, Dec. 9, at 3 p.m., in the Cabot Atrium. All staff are invited. A reception follows in the Pod B Cafeteria.
Partners policies prohibit Partners individuals from accepting gifts, including meals, entertainment and other items for personal use, from Partners vendors or potential vendors. If you receive a gift from a vendor, you will need to return it or you may donate it to charity. At the same time, we would ask that you please send a note to the vendor acknowledging the gift and explaining that in the future, gifts can no longer be accepted. For more information, visit http://pulse.partners.org/NewsArchives/PHSHolidayGifts.asp
All employees are required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to document that they either received a flu vaccination or declined to be vaccinated by Dec. 15.
