BWH received honors in five categories at Strategic Health Care Communications’ e-Healthcare Communications Awards ceremony in Las Vegas last month.
“This year’s level of recognition is validation of the hard work of our Marketing and IS web teams, our 150 web editors in departments throughout the hospital and the great content our staff generate every day,” said Vicki Amalfitano, vice president of Marketing and Planning.
The e-Healthcare Communications Awards recognize the best websites of health care organizations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers and business improvement initiatives. The awards highlight the Internet’s role in achieving an organization’s business objectives and recognize the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health websites.
