The second annual AMMP Networking Event drew BWHers from across the hospital together to share career advancement tips and success stories.
The November event in Carrie Hall featured a panel discussion with Sasha Dubois, RN, whose career at BWH started in 2002 as a participate in the Student Success Jobs Program, Analesa Baraka, RN, of Tower 4, who began at BWH as an administrative secretary in 2002, and Patricia Nettles, who began her BWH career as a residency coordinator and is now associate administrator for the Department of Medicine. Keynote speaker Michael Reney, chief financial officer, told attendees how he began as an account supervisor 18 years ago at BWH and has since advanced to his current role as chief financial officer.
