Patient Safety Culture Survey
Beginning Oct. 20, BWH staff whose work directly impacts patient care will be asked to complete a survey to assess BWH’s culture of patient safety. The confidential BWH Patient Safety Culture Survey will be distributed via email from Pascal Metrics with a link for online completion. The survey, which will take 10–15 minutes to complete, will help leadership understand the current culture of safety at BWH, identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of BWH’s improvement efforts. Stay tuned to BWHPikeNotes.org and your email for more details.
Seasonal Flu Vaccinations
There are a number of free flu vaccination options available to employees during October. Off-site flu vaccine clinics will also be offered across the distributed campus this month. Staff should bring their ID badge and wear loose clothing. Visit BWHPikeNotes.org to learn more and view the schedule.

Passageway invites you to join some of the many events and activities to raise awareness and promote safety and well-being for everyone in our community. Visit BWHPikeNotes.org to view the full calendar of events. For more information, email passageway@partners.org.
