The BWH Tobacco Treatment Program holds a six-week smoking cessation group, “Kick-Start: Learn to Become Smoke-Free,” Jan. 25-Feb. 22, to kick-start the quit process, understand smoking habits and practice stress management. The benefits of quitting, quit smoking aides, preventing weight gain and healthy lifestyle changes will also be discussed. Pre-registration is required; call 617-732-9694.
