In honor of Linda Pedraza, an IS corporate manager who passed away in 2006, a team is walking in the two-day Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Walkers are required to raise at least $1,800 to join the 39-mile walk, which benefits breast cancer awareness, education, screening, diagnosis, access to treatment, support services and research. To support or join the team, visit http://walk.avonfoundation.org, select “Boston Walk” and then “Donate to a Participant.” You can type in team name Linda Pedraza.
Staff with birthdays in April, May and June must complete their annual TB screening by June 30. Stop by the Tower 2 mezzanine from April 25 to May 1, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., for screening.
