TB Screening
Annual TB Screening is in the Connors (CWN) Lobby 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., April 8-16, for all employees with birthdays in April, May, and June. Screeningis also available in the Occupational Health Clinics, 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please call ext. 6034.
Parking and shuttle schedule for April 17
The 104th Boston Marathon and a Red Sox game at Fenway Park will take place on Monday, April 17th. However, this is not a holiday at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Regular parking rules will be in effect. Brookline Avenue will be closed and the drop-off schedule for the M1 and M3 Shuttles will be changed as follows: Stop #1: Fenway & Brookline Stop #2: Boylston (at the Boylston lot) Stop #3: Yawkey at Boylston Stop #4: Ipswich at Boylston Riders will have to walk from these drop-off locations to the parking areas. The M2 Shuttle will not service MIT, Beacon Street, Commonwealth Avenue, or the Fenway T-Stop from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day. Lunch with Matt Van Vranken
All employees are invited to attend an upcoming lunch meeting with Matt Van Vranken, chief operating officer. These meetings provide staff the opportunity to meet Matt and have an open discussion on topics pertaining to BWH or health care in general.
