Partners Employee Assistance Program (EAP) recently earned accreditation from the Council of Accreditation (COA) for its commitment to “the highest level of standards and quality improvement” and its promise to deliver the highest quality services.
The COA is an independent, not-for-profit, international accreditor of community-based behavioral health and human services organizations. The COA standards emphasize services that are accessible, appropriate, culturally responsive, evidence-based and outcomes-oriented.
The accreditation arrived on the heels of an award the EAP received in October in honor of its outstanding, continuous quality improvement process. The 2009 EAP Digest/Global Employee Assistance Professional Association awarded Partners EAP its Quality Award for demonstrating exemplary continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality in the provision of EAP services. In 2007, Partners EAP was the only U.S. recipient of the third annual Employee Assistance Society of North America Corporate Award for EAP Excellence.
