BWH is calling upon all “artists” to help promote the upcoming Street Beat Festival taking place this year on Thursday, July 17. To kick off the 14th Annual Street Beat celebration, the hospital is hosting an employee T-shirt logo design contest.The chosen logo will appear on t-shirts worn by those who volunteer at the event. Designs should reflect this year’s theme, “Celebrating our Diversity.” Entries will be accepted until Friday, May 30.
Guidelines:• One entry per BWH/PHS staff member • Logo must be suitable for imprinting on t-shirts and posters• Logos must include the following two text lines, “Celebrating our Diversity” and “Street Beat 2003” and be accompanied by a caption explaining what it is and how it represents diversity • Designs can be drawn free hand or graphically computer generated • All submissions should fit on a standard size sheet of 8.5” by 11” paper• Keep in mind that when transferred to the t-shirt, the logo will be approximately 4” by 4”• Logo will be printed on the front of a yellow t-shirt in black ink and the standard BWH logo will be printed on the back of the t-shirt

All entries will be judged by the Staff Activities Advisory Committee and the winner will be announced in an upcoming BWH Bulletin. Also, entries become the property of BWH and will not be returned.
