Patient Safety Culture Survey Employees who work directly with patients are receiving emails from Pascal Metrics Support with a personalized link to our 2014 BWH Patient Safety Culture Survey, a confidential survey to assess BWH's culture of patient safety. Take the survey soon to ensure that your name will be entered into a raffle to receive a month of free parking at BWH or a 16GB Apple iPad Air. Pascal Metrics will select one name per day Wednesday-Friday. Additional items will be raffled at the end of the survey period.
BWH Personal Package Policy With the holidays fast approaching, BWH Receiving & Distribution and Office Services remind employees that personal package deliveries cannot be accommodated. Due to the large volume of these deliveries alone, the added responsibility of processing personal packages delays the turnaround time on products that may directly affect patient care. Email pgbarry@partners.org with questions.
Donating Blood in December Donate blood or platelets at the Kraft Family Blood Donor Center any time in December and be eligible to win Patriots memorabilia, including a Tom Brady or Vince Wilfork autographed mini helmet, a football signed by Rob Ninkovich and more. In addition, if you make two donations in December, you will receive two free movie tickets. To make an appointment or check your eligibility, email blooddonor@partners.org, or call 617-632-3206.

Please note that courses may be assigned during the year due to ongoing hospital initiatives. Inquiries regarding mandatory courses should be directed to bwhhealthstream@partners.org.
45 Francis Patient Parking With the relocation of BWH's valet operation to the new Patient Parking Garage (5 Francis St.), there are now approximately 240 self-park spaces available for patients in the 45 Francis St. garage from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The additional spaces offer an alternative to traffic delays and congestion at the 80 Francis St. Garage (former ServiCenter Garage).
