On Friday, April 11, the BWH Payroll Department will move from 850 Boylston Street to the Charlestown Navy Yard to join the Central Payroll operation. At the Navy Yard, the resources of the Central Payroll operation will support the BWH Payroll Department.
Faster ServiceThis means that requests and inquiries will be handled faster, turnaround time will be shorter, and scheduled deliveries will ensure that checks will be delivered as promised. Off-cycle checks can be produced on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Checks requested by 1 p.m. will be available at the Tower Cashier between 3 and 4:30 p.m. The e-mail address for requesting off-cycle checks remains the same: Payroll BWH Check Requests.
Drop-Off BoxesAlso, there will be two Payroll Drop-Off Boxes, one at the Tower Cashier Office and one in Human Resources at 10 Brookline Place. For all paper communications to Payroll, clearly label the envelope as “Payroll” and drop it off at either location (a courier will pick up the mail daily).
