Susan Radlinski, MBA, was named administrative director for BWH’s Division of Global Health Equity effective Jan. 1. In this role, Radlinski works closely with Division Chief Paul Farmer, MD, PhD, and Associate Chief Howard Hiatt, MD, to support the development and implementation of programs targeted at improving medical care in the world’s poorest areas.
Radlinski most recently served as the administrator for the Division of Genetics, under the direction of Richard Maas, MD, PhD. Prior to that, she was the project manager for SysCODE (Systems-Based Consortium for Organ Design and Engineering), a $24M five-year NIH Roadmap Initiative to build artificial organ parts from stem cells.
Radlinski also has held a number of financial management positions within the financial services and tech industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut and her MBA from Cornell University.
