Kostegan Joins BWH as New Deputy Chief Development Officer
Mark Kostegan joined BWH this week as the new deputy chief development officer, bringing experience from three Harvard teaching hospitals/clinics to his new role. For the past 25 years, Kostegan has succeeded in building strong fundraising programs for a variety of hospitals and health care organizations. He has served as vice president of Development for Mass Eye & Ear Infirmary, Children’s Hospital and the Joslin Diabetes Center. In his new role, Kostegan will be responsible for the supervision of the “Great Medicine in the Making” capital campaign and overall management of the Development Office and staff. He will also have the continuous task of building strong relationships with the department and division chiefs, hospital leadership, trustees and major donors to plan for future fundraising endeavors.
