To date, many changes have been made in response to your feedback on the survey. Since only a little more than half of BWH employees, who participated in the survey believe that action will result, BWH continues to communicate such action as it relates to the survey. “Staff should feel confident that their collective feedback is making a difference. Many improvements are underway that address issues raised by staff: we are rolling out a statement of expectations for leaders, developing and implementing tools to enhance manager-staff communication and making other changes to improve organization-wide communications, and developing tools and practices to enhance interdepartmental relationships. By working together to address these concerns, we are engaging staff to design the improvements that will respond to our collective survey feedback,” said Matt Van Vranken, chief operating officer.
