Staff and employees eligible to cash out benefit time (minimum of 100 hours accrued in BT bank) must return forms to the Payroll Department by September 14.
Cash-out forms will be distributed with the September 6 timesheets and paychecks. BT Cash-out hours do not count toward the BT requirement for the fiscal year.
BT requirement hours must be taken by September 22. An employee's BT requirement is indicated on their check stub as BT REQ. An employee can cash out in increments of 20 hours but must maintain a balance of 80 hours in the BT bank.
Cash-out forms should be signed by supervisors and returned to the Payroll Office, Neville House, 3rd Floor by September 14.
Checks will be distributed on September 21 or directly deposited into bank accounts for those with direct deposit.
