On April 29, BWH Office Services/Audiovisual will introduce a new conference room booking program, Resource Scheduler, which will offer users more flexibility in booking space for meetings, rounds and other events and gatherings. Please note that this conversion will not affect bookings that have already been entered in Scheduler Plus.

“This new booking system is much more user-friendly than our previous program,” said BWH Office Services/Audiovisual Manager Ann Edmonds Haley. “I think the BWH community will see that the process of finding and booking open space will now be much easier.”
Anyone who is responsible for booking space is strongly encouraged to attend one of the offered training sessions, as this system is entirely different from the current one. Also, please note the current conference room booking system will be down from noon April 25 through noon April 29 as part of the conversion. No conference rooms can be booked on this time.
