The course costs $60, and textbooks cost about $50. Books are available for purchase the first night of class. The class begins Monday, Sept. 25, and runs for ten consecutive weeks on Mondays, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., at One Brigham Circle, Room 4002-B.
Spanish for the Healthcare Provider Courses
Basic knowledge of Spanish can be beneficial for those who work with Spanish-speaking patients and co-workers.

“Continuing Spanish for the Health Care Provider” is for the student who has completed at least an introductory course or two in Spanish, or equivalent experience; is familiar with regular and irregular verbs in the present tense; and knows vocabulary such as family, time and date. Experience with stem-changing and reflexive verbs is a plus. This class runs on Wednesdays, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., beginning Sept. 13 and ending Dec. 13. It is held in the Thorne Building, 11th floor.
Both Spanish courses are $75 for BWH employees and $150 for others. Bring a check payable to BWH with you the first night of class to guarantee your seat.
