BWH offers a tuition reimbursement program to full- and part-time employees taking courses that are part of an accredited undergraduate or graduate program related to any field within BWH.
“Tuition reimbursement is a wonderful benefit and we want to encourage our employees to take advantage of it,” said Angela Crutchfield, director of Organizational Development & Learning in Human Resources.
Eligibility
Employees who work 36-40 hours per week are eligible to receive up to $2,000 toward the successful completion of non-degree, undergraduate and graduate degrees, and/or basic education programs. Employees who work 20-35 hours are eligible to receive up to $1,000. Employees who work 36-40 hours and are pursuing certificate and continuing education or CEUs can receive up to $1,000. Those who work 20-35 hours are eligible to receive up to $500. The employee’s supervisor must approve courses.
Procedure
Employees applying for tuition reimbursement must submit the documentation 15 days before the course begins.
