Each June, BWH adds to its roster some 250 interns, “first-years” they are often called. These first-year residents have come to BWH from medical schools across the globe. They will train within the halls of BWH and its sister organizations over the next four-to-six years and hold tremendous promise for this institution and others they will serve throughout their careers. As they embark on this journey, BWH Bulletin caught up with three of the newcomers to learn what brought them to BWH and what their experience has been in their first two months.
