BWH’s Human Resources team is currently working on a new recruitment advertising campaign aimed toward personalizing the experience of working at BWH.
According to John Lew, manager, Recruitment and Retention, HR, BWH is linking arms with TMP Worldwide, a prestigious advertising agency, to produce the print advertisements. “We need to create our own distinct image by having people look at our ad and automatically associating it with the BWH culture,” said Lew, who explains that BWH is often misperceived because of its size.
The campaign features BWH employees from a cross-section of departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy Services, Radiology, Clinical Labs, Dietary and Environmental Services. Ads include employee photographs and brief personal and professional bios.
“We wanted to give prospective employees a snapshot of the unique and talented individuals who comprise the BWH community,” said Lew. “We also wanted to promote how valued each employee is at BWH and how important their roles are to the success of the institution.”
Photo shoots for the print ads took place throughout the month of March. The final ads will appear in various print media over the next year.
