Food, music and fun filled Pod B of the Cafeteria on December 6 during the hospital’s annual Multicultural Holiday Festival. Sponsored by the Quality of Worklife Committee, the festival gave staff and employees an opportunity to learn more about holiday traditions around the world and sample delicious foods from the holiday celebrations of Kwanza, Chanukkah, Christmas, Diwali, and Ramadan. The afternoon event also featured musicians Arnold Ruen and Freeana Werth playing traditional holiday songs on guitar, flute, and violin, and storyteller Tony Toledo, who captured the crowd's imagination with stories about visiting the North Pole and meeting Santa Claus, and celebrating Chanukkah with family and friends.
