Run the Boston Marathon with Team Stork
The 117th marathon will take place April 15, 2013. Join Team Stork to run this historic race and support healthier babies and moms at BWH. This group of dedicated runners welcomes first-timers and veteran marathoners and will provide the tools, training and support needed to prepare for the 26.2-mile adventure. Lifestyle and Cancer Recurrence
Jeffrey Meyerhardt, MD, and Jennifer Ligibel, MD, will discuss the latest research on lifestyle and cancer recurrence, Wednesday, Nov. 14, noon–1 p.m., in the Kessler Health Education Library. Transplant Surgery Lecture
The divisions of Transplant Surgery and Renal Medicine will host a reception and lecture by Jose O. Medina Pestana, MD, PhD, FRCS, the 6th annual Joseph E. Murray visiting professor in Transplant Surgery, Tuesday, Nov. 6. The lecture will discuss organ transplantation and health care in Brazil, at 5 p.m. in the Bornstein Amphitheater. The reception will follow at 6 p.m. in the Miller Atrium, second floor of the Shapiro Lobby.
Employee Flu Vaccination
