Jeanine Levantian cooked for three days for her Haiti relief fund-raiser.
When NICU nurse Jeanine Levantian, RN, decided she’d like to make a donation to Partners In Health for Haiti earthquake relief efforts, she looked no further than her own kitchen. The Lebanese-born nurse, who is known for her cooking skills, spent three days preparing a “mezza,” a feast with many kinds of food. Last Friday, she served it in the NICU and asked anyone who wanted to eat to donate at least $10. In total, she raised $600 for PIH.
