BWH and MGH are looking for suggestions to name the new software application currently referred to as Acute Care Documentation (ACD), an initiative to computerize inpatient documentation and improve safety, efficiency and accuracy. BWH clinicians will access the application via a button on Pod Monitor, and project leaders want suggestions for the best name or acronym for the application. The character limit is six.
