Handmade holiday wreaths on sale in the Cabot Atrium Dec. 3 will benefit Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center patients and their families.
“The proceeds of our wreath sale help patients and families handle ancillary costs, like parking, gas and lodging, that add up very quickly when they come in for treatment every day,” said Sioux Gilli, practice administrator for Brigham Medical Specialties, who established the Blue Christmas Fund to help families cover these costs.
All of the proceeds from the wreath sale go directly to the fund.
Stop by the Cabot Atrium Dec. 3, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., to purchase a 20-inch balsam wreath—with a variety of bows to choose from—for $15. E-mail sgilli@partners.org for special orders. If you know a patient who could benefit from the Blue Christmas Fund, contact the BWH Office of Patient/Family Relations or the DFCI Office of Patient and Family Assistance.
