Got clutter? Remove it June 18 - 24 when the Tag and Snag program returns to BWH.
During the week of June 18 - 24, Environmental Services employees will remove unusable or outdated equipment from your floors. Managers must approve all items for removal and tag them with a “REMOVE BY 6/24” notice.
If the equipment cluttering your area is in good working condition, take advantage of off-site storage through Tag and Snag. Equipment stored off-site can be returned to you, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., within 48 hours of your retrieval request. Call Transport at ext. 2-7117 to arrange for pick-up, storage and re-delivery.
“We encourage everyone to take advantage of Tag and Snag,” said Jennifer Nadelson, administrative director of Support Services. “This is an easy way to clean up your area and keep in compliance with hospital policy.”
In January, during BWH’s first Tag and Snag day, the hospital shed a whopping 10 tons of metal and 2,412 pounds of unusable computers, and Research removed more than eight tons of material. Watch video coverage of the action at www.bwhpikenotes.org/media/default.asp
