Weight Watchers at WorkThe convenient, on-site program provides information about nutrition, coupled with exercise advice, and a behavior modification program that leads to new eating management skills, safe weight loss and maintenance. For more information, call ext. 2-6443.
BWH Department of Nutrition Web Sitehttp://www.brighamandwomens.org/healtheweightforwomenNutrition’s new Web site offers up-to-date, scientifically based information, advice and tools on healthy eating. The site considers other factors that affect weight management in addition to calories. These are covered in four main sections: Eating, Exercising, Emotion and Success Strategies (practical tips). The behavioral pieces are what make this a weight loss support site, rather than just a great nutrition site.

The program offers a wide range of weight loss and weight maintenance approaches that can be personalized to meet an individual’s needs. For more information, call ext. 2-8500.
