The PeopleSoft Financial modules - including Accounts Payable, Asset Management, General Ledger, Inventory and Purchasing - will be upgraded in May to version 8.4, which is web-based. This upgrade will affect accountants, buyers, Accounts Payable staff and customers that use PeopleSoft on-line displays or on-line ordering. From 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 through Sunday, May 18, the PeopleSoft Financial systems will NOT be available for regular use. The new version 8.4 Financials will be available on Monday, May 19. As a result of access pathway and navigation changes, training is necessary for all current on-line system users.

If you currently use PeopleSoft to order supplies on-line, you must sign up for one of the scheduled classes.
