The events will take place in Bornstein Amphitheater, unless otherwise noted, with overflow seating available in the Cabot Atrium and the Shapiro Miller Atrium. They will also be webcast and available on inpatient room televisions.

Flag Raising Ceremony at 45 Francis St. Flag PoleBWH will raise a special "Hope & Healing" flag to fly from April 15 through April 21.
9:30 a.m.
Hope & Healing: Patient & Family ReflectionsPatients and their family members will return to BWH to discuss where they are today.
10:30 a.m.
Multidisciplinary ReflectionsMembers of multidisciplinary teams involved in the hospital’s response will reflect on their collective efforts in this grand rounds-style talk.
11:30 a.m.
Hope & Healing ServiceChaplaincy hosts this hopeful service to provide staff with an opportunity to remember and to heal.
12:15 p.m.
Boston Marathon “Tribute” EventBWH will show a live broadcast of the tribute event hosted by Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh and Governor Deval L. Patrick.
Quiet Music and ReflectionStaff will be able to gather in Bornstein beginning at 2:30 p.m. for quiet music and reflection, before the moment of silence.
2:49 p.m.
Institution-wide Moment of SilenceAn announcement will be made via the overhead paging system coinciding with the gathering in Bornstein.
4:00 p.m.
Honoring our “Unsung Heroes”This crowd-sourced forum will provide an opportunity to honor others who played a vital, behind-the-scenes role in our response to the bombing, our “unsung heroes.”
8:00 p.m.
Leadership RoundsMembers of the senior leadership team will round on units and departments this evening.
