Educational Scholarship and Support Awards Tuesday, June 7 The Association of Multicultural Members of Partners (AMMP) will host an informational table outside the Cafeteria from noon to 1 p.m. Information and applications will be available for educational scholarships ($1,000) and support awards ($500). Rape Aggression Defense Training for Women June 8, 15, 22, 29 5:30-8:30 p.m. One Brigham Circle, Room BC-4-004 C/F BWH Security is offering a free, four-day, 12-hour Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course open to all female employees. Street Beat T-shirt Logo Contest Entry deadline: June 13 BWH is holding an employee T-shirt design contest to kickoff the 15th annual Street Beat celebration. The winning logo will appear on T-shirts worn by those who volunteer at the July 14 event. Designs should reflect this year's theme: “One Drummer, Many Beats.” Submit entries via interoffice mail or hand delivery to the Perks Office on Tower 2D-90, or fax to 617-264-6355. ALS Vegas: What happens here….goes to a cure! Sunday, June 18 6-11 p.m. Gillette Stadium, Foxboro, MA Join the BWH planning committee of Chuck Labins, Joe O'Leary, Jill Anzalone and Cindy LeMay for this Vegas-style event to raise money and awareness for ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease. Proceeds will benefit BWH, MGH, the ALS Association Massachusetts Chapter, the ALS Family Charitable Foundation and Curt's Pitch for ALS (the charity established by the Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling).
