Reminder: Mother's Day Differential in May 19 paychecks
All non-exempt employees (contract/non-contract, male/female) who worked Mother's Day (Sunday, May 8) will receive time-and-a-half holiday pay in their paychecks next week. BWH instituted this practice a few years ago as Mother's Day traditionally is among the more difficult days to staff. The added hourly rate for that day is automatically programmed into Kronos and One Staff.
