A special Vegetarian Day will be held in the BWH Cafeteria on Wednesday, Sept. 18.
During lunch and dinner hours (11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.), Food Services will showcase all-new vegetarian items, such as carrot-ginger soup, roasted asparagus and portabella mushroom salad, moroccan sweet potato stew, vegetarian chili, stuffed peppers, roasted eggplant-zucchini wrap, and Santa Fe garden burgers, as well as new items on the salad bar.
