Employee Flu Vaccination BWH Occupational Health will administer flu vaccine for employees in the Tower 2 mezzanine lobby Sept. 21-28, 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Staff should bring their ID badge and wear loose clothing. The distributed campus flu clinic schedule is now available. Beginning Sept. 30, flu vaccine will be available in the OHS Neville Clinic Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., for as long as the supply lasts. The Peer to Peer Unit-Based Flu Program began Sept. 16.
DNA Days Help the Partners community better understand, treat and even prevent diseases by participating in DNA Days on campus. Any employee may participate in this voluntary event, which involves signing a consent form, giving a small blood sample and answering some easy questions. Volunteer Opportunity, Sept. 27 Did you know that you could enhance the life of a young child, as well as your own, by spending just one lunch hour a week at an elementary school near BWH? National Preparedness Month September is National Preparedness Month. BWH Bulletin is including tips and advice to prepare you and your families in the event of an emergency. This week's tip: On days when inclement weather is expected, carry an extra dose of any medication you take; figure out the best news source to track weather along your commute route; and consider signing up for MBTA service alerts.
