Jennifer Nadelson, MBA, MS, began in October as director of Clinical Services Operations, a newly created position in which she oversees Dialysis and Infusion, Respiratory and Pulmonary Services and Endoscopy.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to work with fantastic and talented leadership and staff in each department,” said Nadelson, who recently has been working with the Department of Medicine as an administrative fellow involved in clinical operations. “I hope to continue to help them address all their needs as they grow to meet the demands of this evolving organization.”
The procedural services in these areas encompass about 150 staff. “Although the areas are very different from one another, there are definitely synergies,” she said.
Previously, Nadelson was administrative director of Support Services and led a variety of key projects, particularly related to the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center opening. She also provided leadership in planning, project management and overall administration in the department.
Prior to joining BWH in 2004, Nadelson was assistant director for Planning at Harvard Medical School and has held various other positions. She earned her masters in urban planning from Columbia University, her MBA from Northeastern University and her BA from Barnard College.
