Remember to Spring Ahead
By an act of Congress, Daylight Savings Time this year begins on Sunday, March 11, rather than on the first Sunday in April, and ends on Sunday, Nov. 4, rather than the last Sunday in October. Don’t forget to turn your clocks ahead March 11. Also, review your Outlook calendar to make sure that appointments between March 11 and April 1 are correct.

Nutrition offers employees a 12-week group weight control program that focuses on strategies for long-term success. Taught by BWH dietitians, Weight Away at Work runs Wednesdays, 12:30 – 1:15 p.m., from March 7 to May 23, in the Cardiac Surgery Conference Room. Employees can sign up at the discounted rate of $150. The Office for Women, Family and Community Programs is recruiting departments to host eighth grade students this spring and summer.
