Jean R. Alexandre, a financial counselor in BWH Admitting Services, died Nov. 18. Known around BWH for the pride he took in his family, Alexandre was 53 years old. “Jean began here as a temp about five years ago and, after demonstrating skills, stayed on full time,” said Christine Royse, inpatient accounts manager in Admitting Services. “He was an exceptionally nice person and dedicated family man. He is missed by many.” Alexandre was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and had lived in the city of Brockton for more than 18 years. He is survived by his wife, Clairna Jean of Brockton; his children, Ricarde Alexandre, Buldwin Jean Louis, Robert Jean Louis, Jennie Alexandre and Joanna Alexandre; and his siblings, Serge Alexandre, Frantz Alexandre, Raynold Marc and Evelyne Marc. He was buried in Melrose Cemetery in Brockton.
