MAFCU Fiscal Fitness Program August 4 & 18 1 - 5 p.m. Ongoing; first and third Thursdays, MAFCU office, 221 Longwood Ave., Certified credit advisors provide free assistance to MAFCU members in developing spending plans and resolving credit problems. A bilingual counselor will staff Aug. 4.
Information Sessions on Volunteer Decon Response Team August 9 & 16 Noon - 1 p.m. Duncan Reid Conference Room BWH is seeking motivated individuals to become part of the hospital's new Mass Casualty Incident Decontamination Response Team. The team's mission is to respond in the event of a mass casualty incident. Team members will maintain their current work roles while providing a tremendous volunteer service to BWH and the community at large.
All BWH/PHS employees with a desire to help are welcome. Team members will complete training in hazardous materials response, decontamination and the Hospital Emergency Incident Command System.
