STRATUS Center Receives Gifts from Medtronic
Washington-based Medtronic Emergency Response Systems this month presented the STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation with four monitor/defibrillators and two automatic external defibrillator trainers-a gift valued at more than $82,000. STRATUS staff will use the Medtronic LifePak models for teaching. Representatives of Medtronic visited STRATUS for a tour and a discussion about defibrillators and education. Above, from left, are Medtronic's Mark Brady, Mark Hodge and Josh Jackson with BWH's Charles Pozner, MD, Ron Walls, MD, and Stephen Nelson.
