The eligibility criteria for tuition reimbursement has expanded. As of Oct. 1, employees who work 36-40 hours per week are eligible to receive up to $2,000 toward the successful completion of non-degree, undergraduate and graduate degrees, and/or basic education programs. Employees who work 20-35 hours are eligible to receive up to $1,000.
Employees who work 36-40 hours and are pursuing Certificate and continuing education or CEUs can receive up to $1,000. Employees who work 20-35 hours are eligible to receive up to $500.
