Also, a newly designated Tuition Reimbursement Information Line (617-525-3077) is now available to assist employees with questions. When applying for the Tuition Reimbursement Program • Review the policy; • Complete the application; • Photocopy or print your course description from the school catalogue or school’s website; • Photocopy or print the tuition and fee breakdown from the school catalogue or school’s website; • Attach the description and tuition schedule to the application; • Review your application with your manager for his/her signature; and • Send the signed application to BWH HR 15 days before your course starts.
