ID Badge Amnesty Week The ID Badge Office will be open as follows: Feb. 1: 6–10 a.m. , 4–8 p.m. Feb. 2–Feb. 6: 6 a.m.–5 p.m. Feb. 7: 6–10 a.m. , 4–8 p.m. A replacement ID Badge will be issued to a BWH employee free of charge as long as the employee is listed in the database as being an active employee along with identification verification via another picture ID or a completed ID Badge authorization form signed by the appropriate departmental administrator.
