Employees are now asked to book all large conference rooms and public spaces through BWH Office Services using the Public Folders option in Outlook.
To do so, access Outlook and then click on Public Folders, All Public Folders, Partners, BWH, and Conference Rooms Booked By Office Services. Employees are able to review the read-only schedules created for each room or space, so availability can be checked before the employee contacts Office Services for definite booking. The areas to be scheduled using this process include Thorn A, Thorn BC, Bornstein Family Amphitheater, Carrie Hall Conference Room, Connors Center Lobby, Cabot Atrium, Lower Atrium, PBB Rotunda, Outside the Cafeteria and the Cohn Courtyard. After checking on availability, a request via email should be sent to either John Bourque or Ann Haley (not both) in Office Services. Any questions should also be directed to John or Ann via email.
