The Labyrinth is an archetype, a divine imprint, found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world, a long-forgotten mystical tradition. There are three stages of the walk: Purgation or Releasing; Illumination or Receiving; and Union or Returning.

How to Use Music as Medicine

Suzanne Jonas, EdD, a behavioral medicine psychologist and sound and music medicine therapist, leads this workshop that explores effects of music and sound on the mind, body, spirit and emotions, and many of the ways it can be easily and effectively administered by nurses. Participants must bring a CD player and earphones for this training.
