On Thursday, October 26, a farewell reception was held for 25-year BWH employee Lucy Feild, PhD, RN, CS, who has moved from a full-time to a per diem nurse researcher in the Center for Excellence in Nursing Practice in order to pursue other career opportunities at Boston College. There, she is a Project Director in the Center for Work and Family and is focusing her efforts to a study on end of life preferences and outcomes for those with end-stage renal disease. Remaining as a per diem employee at BWH, Feild will be conducting data analysis associated with the Perceptions of Unit Quality of Care Survey and assisting to further develop the Center for Excellence in Nursing Practice.
