Resources at the Medical Library for Nurses
With each passing year, the link between evidence-based practice and quality patient-centered care is strengthened with nursing research. At BWH, many clinical nurses in the inpatient and outpatient setting and their nurse leaders are engaged in work to advance the knowledge in the profession, improve care to patients and their families or participate with interdisciplinary colleagues on unit/area-based or organizational projects.
The BWH Medical Library is a valuable resource to help navigate the numerous sources of information available. Visit the library on the first floor of the Thorn Building, or search for resources on its web site. Below is a listing of library resources and classes available to all BWH nursing staff. With questions, contact the BWH library staff at bwhmedicallibrary@partners.org
