The main conversion from Arch Wireless to Metrocall Paging Services has recently taken place. The ability to receive a page when patient care could be impacted is critical and Operator Services will ensure malfunctioning pagers are corrected.
Like any piece of equipment, pagers are subject to malfunctioning for any variety of reasons. Any malfunctioning pagers should be reported to Sam Dottin (sdottin@partners.org) immediately or brought down to the BWH Call Center located on the c-level of the CWN building. If anyone is having problems receiving pages at their home or at another institution, this situation should also be reported so it can be rectified.
